Want to save even more money on Amazon? Have you tried a website called Snagshout? It’s a place where you can get free or major discounts on products off Amazon.
Yeah, this sounds like a scam, doesn’t it? Rest assured, this isn’t one.
This Snagshout review will walk you through step-by-step what it is, how to use it, and if it’s the right place to shop for you.
What is Snagshout and How Does it Work?
Simply put, Snagshout is a website that features websites from retailers that have products featured on Amazon. You can get free deals, though those are a bit harder to come by. However, you can usually snag up to a 90% discount on most products. The only catch is that you have to leave an Amazon review in exchange for the discount. Also, keep in mind that you need to disclose that you got that item as a discount as per Amazon rules.
To sign up, all you have to do is provide an email address and a link to your Amazon public profile (they won’t collect any information from there). Then you go ahead and “snag” your deal and get a coupon code you can then use in your cart on Amazon. Remember that you might have to pay shipping for the item, or it could be free if it qualifies for Prime.
Make sure, though, that when you do your review, that you start the process via Snagshout. You’ll get a link through your account about the product you got. There’ll be a link to the product on Amazon there. Snagshout wants honest reviews and claims they’ll read every single one. So don’t feel like you have to love the product.
Once everything is verified, you get another opportunity to get another deal. The first time you only get one purchase, then subsequent times you may get two, but hop on over to their website to double check.
Is it Worth It?
It’s really up to you and how important it is to get deals. If you weren’t intending on purchasing that product in the first place (or something similar to it anyway), then you’re unfortunately wasting your money. If say, you needed a portable charger and you happen to see a deal on it for 90 cents, then, by all means, go for it.
There are some limitations to using Snagshout that you’ll need to keep in mind. First, you need to leave a review in order to earn enough points to get another deal and even then you can order up to five products at any time. Like I said before, you may have to pay for shipping, which may negate your actual savings. You are also only allowed one account per household and you may not resell any products you purchase through the website.
Other than that, users who have used the website seem to really like it and are still using it. It’s not a bad idea to at least check it out. Take a look at what they have on sale before you sign up for an account. If there’s something that peaks your interest and it’s at a good discount, what do you have to lose?
